Hello, my name isn’t Bob, it’s Chris and I started Bits Bobs and Odd Jobs 10 years ago because I really enjoyed fixing things and wanted to create a service that caters for getting the small jobs done with excellent customer service. A few years later, it’s hard to believe how things have grown.

We now have a team of handpicked handymen directly employed by us so you can be sure you are getting a trusted and professional team member who adheres to our strong customer service and standards of work. We specialize in getting those little jobs done that builders and other companies won’t touch. 1ST HOUR

£60+ VAT*

£25+ VAT / half hour after*

After hours rates: Pre-Booked Only (6pm – 8pm) – £75 + VAT for 1st hour and £30.00 + VAT per ½ hr after
Saturday Rates: Pre-Booked Only – ½ Day at £240.00 + VAT & Full Day at £350.00 + VAT
Charges do not include the cost of materials or any parking fees incurred.

Because we love DIY and know it can be tricky to get right. With our expert team we have the knowledge and ability to carry out all DIY jobs to a high standard with a smile and love for what we do.
Please give us a ring and speak to our very helpful team in the office, we will try our best to help you. If we can’t we have a large network of people and companies we can recommend who will.
Please ring Bits Bobs and Odd Jobs HQ on 02082445070 and speak with our team or fill out our CONTACT US page below and we will come back to you. If you have not used us before they will need your name and a list of the works you would like carried out, the property address, your contact number and finally your email address. Once you have agreed a time and date our operating system will automatically send you a diary confirmation email.
Yes we have a very good booking and operating platform that holds your details as well as the individual property details. We can keep track of the time taken for each job and a history of our visits and what we did, not only that but once our team member has finished each individual task they can take pictures and upload to our system, we can then email you a job report with pictures attached to help you manage maintenance from a distance.
Yes we would be delighted to advise. Please ring our office and talk through the works you require, if you need to please send us pictures this can really help us to gauge what time you would need and what materials may be required. Should we feel that the works are slightly larger and may take over a day or for example you would like your property redecorated we would need to arrange a site visit to give an accurate quotation
No we don’t!
Pictures are incredibly helpful so please do send us a pictures of the jobs you would like carried out. This really helps us work out with what we need and how long the job will take
Our minimum call out is £60 plus vat for one hour
We will only charge you for the time you used. We do have a minimum call out of one hour but should we finish early please have a job or two up your sleeve to make the most of the full hour!
Should the works take longer due to unforeseen circumstances or you have more works you would like doing we will try our upmost to extend the time of the handyman’s visit. If this is not possible we will advise on availably and book you in as early as possible.
If you have the materials that is great, if not our team member can happily pop out to the a local merchant close to you and get what is needed. We will try our best to come prepared but sometimes this is not possible so will need to either return or pop out!
Once the jobs are completed and you are happy we will send you an email with our invoice attached and ring you to collect payment. You can either make payment over the phone or by BACS transfer on your online banking. Please quote the invoice number in the reference box so we can trace your payment.
