If you have not used us before they will need your name and a list of the works you would like carried out, the property address, your contact number and finally your email address. Once you have agreed a time and date our operating system will automatically send you a diary confirmation email.

Yes we have a very good booking and operating platform that holds your details as well as the individual property details. We can keep track of the time taken for each job and a history of our visits and what we did, not only that but once our team member has finished each individual task they can take pictures and upload to our system, we can then email you a job report with pictures attached to help you manage maintenance from a distance.
Yes, we would be delighted to advise. Please ring our office and talk through the works you require, if you need to please send us pictures this can really help us to gauge what time you would need and what materials may be required. Should we feel that the works are slightly larger and may take over a day or for example, you would like your property redecorated we would need to arrange a site visit to give an accurate quotation.
Pictures are incredibly helpful so please do send us a pictures of the jobs you would like carried out. This really helps us work out with what we need and how long the job will take.

Our minimum call out is £70 plus vat for one of our handymen and £85 plus vat for one of our electricians.

We will only charge you for the time you used. We do have a minimum call out of one hour but should we finish early please have a job or two up your sleeve to make the most of the full hour!

Should the works take longer due to unforeseen circumstances, or you have more works you would like doing, we will try our upmost to extend the time of the handyman’s visit. If this is not possible we will advise on availability and look to rebook you in as soon as possible.

If you have the materials that is great, but if not, our team member can happily pop out to the local merchant and get what is needed. We will try our best to come prepared but sometimes this is not possible, so will need to either return or pop out.

Once we have completed the works we will ring you to check you are happy with our service. We will then email your invoice and you can pay over the phone, by BACS transfer, or follow the payment link on our emailed invoice and pay online. Please quote the invoice number in the reference box so we can trace your payment.
